McCartney fame school's global plan

A "Fame" school set up by ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney could open branches across the world. Sir Paul co-founded the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) in January 1996 to provide training for young people hoping to work in showbusiness.
